The factory includes smelting furnaces, casting workshops, extrusion production lines, processing centers, fiberglass-reinforced plastic pultrusion production lines and assembly workshops.
The integrated production chain we have established ensures stable quality control from raw materials to finished products.
Equipment & Technology
Equipped with advanced smelting furnaces (up to 5-ton capacity), continuous casting machines, 1,000-ton extrusion presses, CNC machining centers, and automated FRP pultrusion production lines.
Our in-house laboratory performs chemical composition analysis, electrochemical testing, mechanical property testing, and accelerated corrosion evaluation on every batch.
