The aluminum anode (aluminum alloy sacrificial anode) is the mainstream sacrificial anode material for corrosion protection of seawater, brackish water, marine engineering and storage tanks. With advantages of high electric capacity, light weight, long life and low cost, it performs stably in seawater and chloride-containing environments. Its current output per unit is about 3 times that of zinc anodes and 2 times that of magnesium anodes, and it is widely used for long-term cathodic protection of metal structures such as ships, wharves, offshore platforms, seawater pipelines and tank bottom plates. Made from highly activated alloys such as Al-Zn-In, it complies with GB/T 17731, MIL-DTL-24779 and DNV-RP-B401, requires no external power, is easy to install and reliable to protect, making it the preferred solution for anti-corrosion in marine and high-chloride environments.

Aluminum anodes (engineering / marine aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes) are designed for marine, ship, port and seawater environments. Cast from highly activated aluminum alloy, they deliver stable current output, uniform protection and long service life. Available as trapezoid, block, disc, welded and bolt-fixed types, they fit hulls, wharf piles, offshore wind power, subsea pipelines, ballast water tanks and more. In seawater and brackish water they do not passivate and offer high anti-corrosion efficiency, making them the standard anti-corrosion configuration for heavy marine facilities.
